Features of Components
Steel/Stainless Steel
Commercial quality steel is used to withstand the guards geometry and working. Standard sheet thicknesses range from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. Based on application, we change material thickness
Guides
Brass or non-metallic guides used for the covers. Guides mainly align the cover for smoothen working of cover.
Wipers
Wiper leap keep the cover clean and seal out chips, dust and coolants.
Support Rollers
For big covers, support rollers are used to minimize friction between guide and LM ways.
