BSTSB Tumble blast machine

BSTSB Tumble blast machine is designed to process mass-produced parts in batches. Parts can be ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings, weldings and heat treated parts. Tumble blast machines are available in three different sizes, and can accept single load from 150 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg etc. During the blasting process, objects turn and roll, which causes quality blasting of the whole surface of work pieces.

We manufacture PLC base operated (optional) machine to avoid member dependency for machine operating. Door open-close, shot inlet valve open-close etc. manual work we clubbed with PLC.

Hanger type shot blasting machine

This is our hanger type shot blasting machine series which is ready for heavy in weight and sized casting, forging, fabricated components.

Also we can set maintenance alarm for regular consumable items checking Whole blasting chamber is covered with High Manganese Plate (not a casting plate) to make wear resistance and long lasting durable chamber.

Tumble blast machine

Tumble blast machine can be equipped with hydraulic loader and can be integrated to a fully automatic process to empty the blasting machine. All shot blasting machines produced by BSPL, Rajkot.
