BSTSB Tumble blast machine
BSTSB Tumble blast machine is designed to process mass-produced parts in batches. Parts can be ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings, weldings and heat treated parts. Tumble blast machines are available in three different sizes, and can accept single load from 150 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg etc. During the blasting process, objects turn and roll, which causes quality blasting of the whole surface of work pieces.
We manufacture PLC base operated (optional) machine to avoid member dependency for machine operating. Door open-close, shot inlet valve open-close etc. manual work we clubbed with PLC.

Steel/Stainless Steel
Commercial quality steel is used to withstand the guards geometry and working. Standard sheet thicknesses range from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. Based on application, we change material thickness.
Guides
Brass or non-metallic guides used for the covers. Guides mainly align the cover for smoothen working of cover.
Wipers
Wiper leap keep the cover clean and seal out chips, dust and coolants.
Support Rollers
For big covers, support rollers are used to minimize friction between guide and LM ways.
With scissors
For uniform opening of flap, heavy telescopic cover rapid movement, it gives smooth opening of telescopic cover.
Without scissors
Small cover, congested space without scissors telescopic cover preferable.
